We are going to be touring France with our caravan staying in 4/5 star sites only. Hubby doesnt want to take the wheel clamp as its very heavy and we have hitch lock etc. Any thoughts on this would be welcome please.
I fit both hitchlock and Al-Ko wheelclamp to fulfil insurance requirements. However I'm struck by the fact that the wheelclamp has to be fitted on the door side of the 'van, which means that it's invisible once the awning is up - which sorts of defeats the purpose.
