hi, while on holiday. Our trauma water heater keeps tripping, we tried it again when we got home and we have the same problem, we think it may be the element gone in the heater but not sure as it worked when we reset the trip on holiday, but now it just keeps tripping, if it is the element would anyone be able to tell us how we change this. Thanks
We have a problem with ours. When we bought it had to take it back to the dealer as the element had gone and they changed it. That was 1.5yrs ago but we now have problems again but don't know what the problem is.......

It does sound like a Trauma, lol.
Anyway, Truma have manufactured various different hot water tanks over the years so without the year of the caravan we don't know which type of tank is installed.
