Just noticed an 'L' shaped plastic extrusion about 1/4" each leg, 18" long, fitted on the caravan roof above the door, about 4" back from the edge and parallel to it.

What could this be for? Obviously some purpose or it wouldn't have been put there!

Swift fitted these for a few years, they were to stop rainwater dripping on you when you used the door.

Had it on a couple of vans .... don't have it on my 2014 Swift, can't say I noticed a difference!
