Fishing line or cheesewire or welding wire etc.
Anything strong enough to use like a sawing action to slice through the bond.
If the wood it damp it usually comes away quite easily. Although it does tend to leave patches still stuck.
Sharp scraper or sand them away, just dont rush, the last thing you want it to gauge the outer material.
