Just come back from cornwall, on the last day the fridge went off although the 240v light stayed on showing power to it, onarrival at home after the electrics had been plugged in to the car the fridge had chilled again, so was working on 12v but not on 240v any ideas please.
If fridge fails in one mode, in this case 230v mains but works on the others ie, gas & 12v while towing then suspect 230v element. New element around £40. Diy fitting possible if you are practical & fridge will have to come out. I'm assuming you did not move caravan on last day to cause it to be unlevel because fridge must be level to work on mains & gas.
