In my Bailey Louisiana I have the red ish removable carpets, and the beige upholstery on the seats.
Do any of you just unzip them an pop through a delicate cycle in the wash machine?
Can the lift up carpets be done the same way ? Anyone done either, and have the items been fine with it.
My good lady has unzipped our seat covers on our continental caravan and put them through the washing machine on a low temperature delicate wash and not had any problems, while the removable carpets were cleaned with a carpet cleaner.

Don't think I would wash carpets. There are products on the market that clean carpets - also those carpet cleaners that look like hoovers. They don't get the carpets soaking wet.
Another thing you could do - just remove the carpets - store them away and get some cheap fitted carpet. Then you can change the carpet anytime - it wont matter if they get a bit grubby - you can just change it for some more cheap carpet.
Put the original carpet back when you come to sell the caravan.
