After damaging my Royal Atlas mover on a kerb I have today taken delivery of an Al-Ko Mammut.
Tomorrow afternoon will be spent swapping the two over.
Afterwards the Royal atlas will be up for grabs, (spares or repair) for a donation to either Manchester dogs home, north west air ambulance or IOM air ambulance.
The royal atlas clobbered a kerb, the auto engagement screw is slightly bent and the micro switch plastic housing has cracked. I have cable tied the housing in place and it is working.
It is not beyond repair, the motor engagement screw is slightly bent which makes the engagement motor wobble a bit. the plastic sleeve which houses the microswitches for the engagement limits has broken the lugs off. i have cable tied it on and it has worked for the last two trips out
I think my husband could fix it and we would love a motor mover, it's just the location! I will check with him tonight if it's not already gone, we would love a motor mover and are more than happy to donate!
if you ask the Mods for my contact details, my BIL would be interested. He like feckling stuff.
We could give you the donation you want, and pick it up this weekend.
