Easy to do one you have removed the blind, basically your just adding a few more turns to the blinds spring then refit.
if the blind spring unwinds compleatley you will have to experiment withh different amounts of turns untill you get it right as in this video.
Done most of mine and they are like new again

I think on 2005 van you will find you can retention blinds from adjuster on top left hand side. but before you attempt it, get hold of bottom of blind and pull push up and down fast for about 6/10 times and then allow blind to rise of own accord if it lifts bar last inch do another 3/4 times.
The blind should just lift to top slowly if goes up like express lift will damage mechanism inside
Only need 12 turns if replacing blind or fly net from scratch,
on one van I over hauled all blinds and learnt the hardway by putting on 12 turns first one done which shot up and broke small gears inside.
I have even o'hauled Heki skylight netting by buying off roll and cutting to size ( usually comes in 1metre width) If remember right 55cm w x 110 cm for Heki 2 about £6 new lot complete from dealer about £48
Ps if you replace white net with black aluminium type gives you more privacy from look inside passers by, you can see out they can't see in unless you have light on.
