I bought a door canopy from Firwood leisure after seeing posts on here.
A friend wants to buy one but I can't find any details and their web site is not working Firwood
Does anyone know if they are still in business?

We camped for years. In 2019 we bought an Elddis Avante 454. We like it as it is short (6.9m) and fits in our driveway and has a fixed bed.
We had 127 nights away in the caravan in 2023.

Thanks for that link blueexpo97. I did not realise such a useful web site existed.
It is a pity that they are no longer making the canopies as they were good when a full awning is not needed.

Isabella makedoor canopies but the price might put you off £177 ouch. I have the Firwood one still pleased with it.

Take a look at The Suncamp Swift Canopy. Goes up in 2 mins. I had a Firwood one previously, and while it gave the door some protection there was still nowhere to kick off muddy boots or put chairs out of the rain.

I paid less than £60 for mine last year.

I recommend the Sunncamp Swift Canopy too. Not sure about it going up in 2 minutes though. £60 is a good price. I think we paid £79 for ours.

Would say the Firwood and Suncamp are 2 entirely different things. The Firwood in my opinion is just to keep the rain off the door ie you can open the top half for fresh air when its peeing it down, or not so much rain gets in when you come back from the pub The Suncamp looks like a porch awning we once had.
