Use ours lots. Though they are a pain when an awing fouls them. As I am a big boy I might use a tubing length of more than 1.5 metres and even used one when the truma regulator failed.
Just called our local dealer who suplpied/serviced the van - they want £135 to supply and fit an external gas BBQ point! Think I'll just stick with having 2 gas bottles!!
£135+VAT sounds like a good price for the work/parts. We have one, love it, would not be without it.
We SAFELY use a 5m length hose and have not noticed a drop in pressure from when we used a 907, now we are on the van gas the flame burns hotter than the 907 and rarely have to have it on full.
