The Cobb also looks amazing, but I get the impression you could be waiting hours and hours for anything to cook. Would it work as a quick morning fry-up piece of kit, or is it more designed for leisurely evenings?
I love the Cobb for evenings, but definitely not a quick process I'd say. If you want to get started on the fry up straight away then possibly not the one, although I know there are lots of people who swear by them for every meal, morning, noon and night.
I'm lucky enough to have all three at my disposal. IMO, the Cobb had more advantages when we were in a tent, and we rarely use it now we have a van. Great for trips to the beach though, but honestly, it doesn't get taken with us anymore. Probably as it's been superceeded by the Cadac, which, is probably more caravan friendly, considering the external bbq point and slightly more available space to pack it - it's a big beast compared to the Cobb, and the lid doesn't pack with the rest of it easily due to the handle. We also have a small Landman dome BBQ, and neither the Cobb nor the Cadac can beat cooking over real charcoal, followed by a chance for the family to toast marsh-mellows on sticks, and sit around glowing embers to keep warm during the evening.
Not helpful to the original poster, as all three have their own advantages and disadvantages. I've thought about it, and the best advice I can give is, it depends on your outfit. Tent = camping cooker + Cobb, caravan = cadac, either = charcoal bbq.

Should only take about 10s to remove the handle and same again to put it back on. Always take ours off.

Not considered that as an option... Sometimes it's the simplest of ideas that pass me by... Cheers Nick...
To throw another in to the mix, we have the George Foreman Outdoor Grill. Love it.
Uses the sites electricity, not our gas or charcoal.
Removable hotplate, a doddle to clean.
Grease trap just like the smaller grills.
Big enough to get a boat load of food on.
