I have a similar problem with my seasonal pitch, it slopes away from the caravan and slopes front to back, I had to jack up the caravan on the far side and dig a hole for the wheels to sit in, same on the other side, ultimately lowering the caravan closer to the ground., I now have a air porch and that is the same, I have had to put some lengths of wood under the far side and fasten it to the floor, and then I had to fasten the awning to the wood.
