Hello, We have been away this weekend in our 2012 Challenger SE and two of our over locker lights are not working.

Question I have is how do we get to the bulbs to change them? also would it be possible to change them to LEDs and would that consume less electric?

Yes LED's would consume less than conventional bulbs.
Sorry can't help on the other bit.
