Hi, I recently changed a motor on one side of the caravan, only for the other side to pack up in exactly the same way. When you remove the motor directly from the actuator ( I think it's called an actuator) there is a two piece cast alloy coupler and a small rubber bush. The cast alloy coupler has disintegrated. That's all I need, not to spend another £150 on a complete unit. Has anyone else came across this? Powrtouch only sell the complete unit. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Dixie.

Find a local engineering company and get them to machine a few for you.
Will be cheaper than buying a new motor.

Hi, many thanks for the replies. Thanks for the offer to make one. I had hoped to see if the coupling would be available off the shelf. I could get one machined where I work but it is far from straight forward, that's why it' has been cast and not machined. Thanks again, Dixie.
