Hi can anyone help please? We have Swift Challenger 550 2004 and we have a gas oven and hob which has one useful electric ring. This has stopped working.We have looked for a fuse for it on the system but cannot find it. We usually have to lift the glass cover right back to make it work and wonder if there is a problem with this. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Perhaps there is micro switch operated by the lid as a safety feature. Look for this as it may be faulty or needing adjustment.
Look at vans wiring diagram as I am not familiar with this model

Have a look where the RCD mains trip switches are to see if it has tripped as the electric ring probably has it's own circuit. If you have over loaded the electric supply due to having too many appliances on simultaneous then this will cause it to trip for safety reasons.
