Any good car polish will do the trick. Personally I use Meguiars.

I always use Fenwick's Caravan Cleaner first to remove any unwanted algae forming on the awning rails and trims etc. then a few days later I use Greased Lightning 'Showroon Shine' waterless cleaner applied with a micr-fibre cloth and finally with a buffing cloth. It is ideal to keep with you when away for any length of time to remove bird droppings, tree sap and those ugly black marks under the vent grills and windows etc. and can be used on the acrylic windows too.

One slight problem with the polish you've recommended is that its description says "New abrasive technology for a mirror finish"

The paint on caravans is much thinner than on cars, I'm sure that it works fine, but I would much rather go for the product made specifically for caravans (Fenwicks Bobby Dazzler)

Just saying.

I didn't specify/recommend a particular wax in the Meguiars range. Can you direct me to which one had that in the description.

Fenwicks is overpriced, far better off and more cost effective using Car Plan Demon Shine which does the same thing.

I agree as the paint finish on a vehicle is microns thick and tested at various points with a register which has to pass an inspection test to ensure that the application meets the required standard. Paint coverage on a caravan is not so critical so does not have to meet the same requirements as long as it visually looks acceptable so the paint coverage (in microns thickness) is much thinner.
