Looking at a caravan magazine subscription for a birthday present. Do any of you already subscribe to any magazines, and could perhaps recommend one over the other?
I've found Caravan, and Practical Caravan so far.

Over the years we have subscribed to both magazines, don't bother with either now as we found, like most magazines they just repeat a lot of the information on an annual basis. Practical Caravan appears to have more foreign touring articles than the Caravan magazine. If I was asked to decide which one I prefer it would be Caravan magazine.

Echoing ENOCH's finding here too, they just repeat the same stuff every year - but maybe written a different way....

Also agree with the other comments.
Used to get both magazines but cancelled as they just repeat stuff. Caravan was slightly better than Practical Caravan which seemed to be full of more and more adverts.

I like caravan magazine, was thinking about getting a subscription on the readly app. but I used to like buying the magazine a month later when I got caravan buyer magazine I thrown in for free.

I subscribe to both, i prefer Practical Caravan.

Caravan in my opinion is spoilt by a certain female journalist who was once very rude to me!

The best commercially available magazine is Scottish Caravanner, written by caravanners for caravanners

We only get practice caravan as we can get subscription using tesco points.

The wife goes straight to martin roberts page to read that, then the mag sits in the magazine rack for next 6 months.
