Hi all we have an eterniti genisis ib4 there was no problem until about 3 days ago then the shower started to play up its like stop and start pressure drops then picks back up the taps are ok the pump even though loud it is working any advice would be a great help thanks alan.
It may be the non return valve which has stuck,are the other taps working ok ?. When the valve sticks the taps start to flow ok then the pressure drops and you get a trickle. The valve is easy to replace and can be found on the hot water tank.Care must be given when taking it out though as not to break the end going into the tank.
Hi, could it be that this problem is caused by your pump as you say its too loud. it may pump water to normal taps but an extra lift of water to a shower head which restricts the flow of water anyway to make the spray may be too much for a weak pump. just a thought. Al
