Probably not quite the answer you were looking for the build quality will be identical to that of any Coachman in all of their range models. However, below is a review of the Coachman VIP 575/4 which may be helpful if you haven't seen it.

the build quality and spec is a world away from my brevious bailey but the flip side is that its heavy and not particularly pleasant to tow. you need a seroiusly big car to pull a MPLM 1600kg single axle caravan. i have a reasonably big car with plenty of power but it needs to be heavier.
my caravan has had water ingress but its all fixed now, by me, was simple to cure and not worth returning it to the dealer 100 miles away for him to do the same. it shows though that even coachmen are not imune to damp problems, luckilly i have several damp meters and am well aleart to the problems having had a series 5 baliey.
