When we go away with van in UK, our girls (dogs) come with us. I have tried using throws to cover the seats but they are a faff.
Would like to make some covers that just cover the top /front and sides of seats using ?elastic or ties to hold in place but I'm struggling to find any suitable stretchy material. My mum used to make covers for our static yrs ago (we had dogs then too) and she used a kind of stretchy nylon type material. Unfortunately shes not still here so can't ask her advice :(
Any ideas where I might try to get similar. I want something that I can easily remove and put in the washer when we get home.

I'm reviving this topic as I recently bought some stretch covers from EBay. They were designed for a sofa bed so ideal for the front seats. The seller was based in China.
When they arrived, they were the wrong colour (not colour or pattern I ordered) I'm now in a dispute with the company as they're only prepared to offer between 30-50% refund!
Just a heads up to be careful if ordering.
Oh and if anyone knows a UK based company that sells patterned elastic covers, please let me know as I still need them.
