Used the heating on gas only this weekend as were at a C&CCC DA meet. Popped the heating on when we got to site (no ehu).
20 mins later lovely hot water but van clap cold brrrrr! Snuggled up to SWMBO but rang dealer sat am.
Brilliant service Catterick Caravans btw. Tekky rang back within 15 mins and talked me through various things ending in a fix.
What had happened was that the Alde 3020 controller had decided we had an optional 3rd party pump instead of the onboard one connected to it. Unticked that tickbox and lovely toasty warm van very soon after.
Previously we've used the heating on electricity only and on electricity and gas together and it worked fine, but until this outing never on gas only.
Perhaps there is a gotcha in the Alde 3020 firmware?
