I have just bought an elddis super scirroco 2008, the door has what i thought was a bin is attached to the door, but I have seen magazines in it too, the front sticks on with velcro and to be honest its a bit fiddly using it as a bin, but what really is it "Meant" for..

If its the same sort of door "pocket" on my van (Elddis Xplore 304)I use it for putting the caravan instruction manual in, I mean its no use for magazines as its nowhere near the living area, and like you say its too small for a bin.
to be honest it is quite a big "bin" but the front comes off and its the completely wrong shape for a bin liner, its far to deep and narrow. My other van had clips that you knew were for bin liners this is Neither use nor ornament....
