Hi all, just wanted to praise the customer services of Fire Angel fire alarms.
we have just changed our caravan and bought one that is just over 4 year old, since putting it on the driveway, our neighbours have been telling us that the alarm has been going off whilst we are at work, we thought it strange that we hadn't heard it, until the other morning I was putting stuff in the bin at about 5.45am and I could hear it but it wasn't very loud, I realised it was coming from inside the van, when I opened the door it blasted out, it was the fire alarm, no reason for it going off, so I ripped the battery out pronto.
When I got back from work I looked at it, checked the battery etc and couldn't think why this was happening, so I phoned the Tech helpline number on the back, a very nice lady asked some questions, she assured me the model I had should be good for 9 years, but they would send me a replacement! Thank you very much!
The replacement arrived yesterday and it is a better model than the one it replaced, which is still available on Ebay.
So I would like to thank Fire Angel customer services, there is a Facebook page apparently to give feedback but I don't do social media, if anyone knows if this can be sent to them as a link I would appreciate it.
Funnily enough I have had the same experience with a Fire Angel alarm in our house this week. Replacement arrived yesterday. Great service and a very professional team.
I have the same model in the van so am now very confident that I can get a replacememt should it fail in the next 9 years.
