In France, when we have had enough of bbqs etc, and the temperature drops a bit we look forward to some comfort food.
Always carry a tin of corned beef, and Panacalty goes particularly well with a baguette.
Once shared a big pan of Panaclty with Dutch neighbours and they loved it.
They invited us to theirs for dinner next day...we had potatoes, lettuce and chicken necks.
Always have a mince and Yorkshires dinner at some point too.

I tend to cook everything from scratch at home then put it in the freezer box and get a meal out daily. I usually make a curry, a chilli, a cottage pie and then go out for dinner one night when we do a 4 nighter then you just have to reheat in microwave, use oven for heating naan and do veggies on cooker. I have done a roast dinner but used the type of roast that comes in a foil tray that you just cook for an hour. I dont find it difficult using oven for cooking its the lack of space for prep especially in the winter with no awning up.
Same as me all the above type of food freeze and use when wanted .
If I do cook chicken portions etc I would put them in a roast in bag so oven stays clean .
I have just bought one of the joe wicks 15 min meals and thought some of these might be ideal for the caravan . Quick and healthy .
Jsparkes your mince and Yorkshires sound perfect for the caravan I will give that a go do you have roasties veg and gravy with it too and how do you do your mince on the hob or oven

I have a number if small plastic containers, some smaller than a matchbox, some larger.
Being aware of weight in caravan I take small amounts of everything, flour, gravy granules, sauces, mustard, herbs, spices etc etc.
Chop and fry off an onion, add mince and brown, add tbspoon if flour to thicken. Boil water, disolve Oxo, add to mince with S and P.
Simmer on hob for 30 mins.
Usually have with boiled pots and a large tin of French peas and carrots.
