Hi guys
We recently had a problem with a faulty RCD on arrival at Chatsworth CC site on Boxing day. After being repaired by a first class caravan engineer called Warren from Total Caravan Services we thought it might be covered under warrenty and on returning home emailed our dealer with a copy of the repair receipt who then contacted Coachman and two days later a cheque for the full repair landed on my doormat no questions asked so full marks to Coachman who really have restored my faith in UK caravans because prior to getting our Coachman......:-((.
Happy new year
Steve
Hi Steve
We had a good experiance before Xmas, our Bailey had a broken roof light, on outer skin. Contacted yorkshire coast Caravans, in Bridlington & they sent a new one out, and local fitter to fit.
Sent invoice and also cheque in post within a couple of days.
No hassle or questions.
Seems they are good dealers around.
That's good to hear as we've ordered a new Coachman, delivery due in March. We hope not to have to put their customer service to the test but it's reassuring to hear of good experiences if things do go wrong.

That's always good and nice to hear someone praising a company or a supplier hope it didn't spoil your trip
I will second that, it is so refreshing to hear of good service for a change and hope that there will be lots more reported in 2017, or am I just an incurable optimist?
Dave.

I was talking to a person on a rally who owned a Coachman caravan about 6 years ago who wanted to install a square pop up roof vent but had no idea where the roof supports struts or wiring was located so he contacted Coachman customer service for the dimensions. Not knowing what their response would be they more than obliged as they sent him the corresponding blue prints of the roof construction which enabled him to fit the roof vent perfectly in the right place without any errors. Now that's what you call excellent customer service so full credit to Coachman Caravans once again.
Wow! What a relief . I have just bought a new Coachman after endless problems with Bailey .The last straw was rotted damp floor which made it unusable for 9 months waiting for warranty work which they felt was not unreasonable.
