Is it possible and fairly easy to connect a S Type 7pin plug to a 12v fridge so the fridge can be plugged into the car electrics as we drive along? Which I am hoping will then keep the fridge cool while we travel.

This is to carry a free standing fridge in a trailer tent & fridge has 12v lighter socket connection, yes? Way to do that would be to install prewired 12s lead & plug into trailer tent, mount a lighter socket for fridge to plug into & connect 12s red wire to positive connection & black wire to earth connection on lighter socket.

Plug into 12s car socket & you will have fridge working while driving.
