As per the post above we will never deal with Chichester again as they let us down very badly. We had an issue with damp around the cassette door under warranty. Chichester had the caravan for a week and told us that they had done the repair. We collected and at the other dealer they found damp in the same area! BTW this was the third attempt at repairing the damp.
