If a tyre prematurely wears on the outside the most probable cause is due to under inflation but it normally wears on both the inside and out. If it wears in the centre it's due to over inflation and if a tyre wears unevenly around the circumference then that's normaly down to an unbalanced tyre.

I suppose most obvious reason is that axle has been bent due to high speed impact with kerb or similar. Does caravan tow straight as you look in mirrors? How old are tyres? How many towing miles has it taken to cause this? Have you looked at tyres previously? Is it possible the tyre was run & worn on a different vehicle then fitted to caravan by previous owner? Or possibly mover did come into contact with tyre as some point.

cheers guys Possible pot hole impact as I live I Scotland and tour all over the place caravan looks okay in mirrors but have not had someone drive behind to check tracking yet , Tyres coming up for replacement as I do it every 5 yrs having had two blow outs before I am sure the motor mover did not make contact as wear is on outer trye and mover would probably have made contact with whole surface I have owned the van from new reckon axle has been damaged . wonder if my insurance would cover ??

If axle is bent then it's accident damage so insurance should cover it. Best Idea would go to your caravan service place. Get it checked & if bent then get estimate for repair which will be replacement axle & contact insurer.
