We have a seasonal pitch and are considering a new awning (the zip broke on our full awning). We've noticed some really good looking air awnings around on site with what look like quality material - for example the kampa range. Are they suitable for seasonal use or is it just too early to say at the moment. Are there diasadvantages of air over pole, we thought they may be less likely to damage the van but then maybe others know better.
We can't decide whether to spend the money on a new awning or whether a repair is worthwhile given that our full one is over 4 years old and has had extended seasonal use.
Recently purchased the kampa rally air 390 pro plus, great awning. But states in the instruction book that it is NOT suitable as a seasonal awning. Hope this helps.
