Towsure sell them for about £5 each so it's probably cheaper to buy a new windbreak.

I think the OP is asking for a replacement windbreak pole with the aluminium ferrule on the top and a metal spike tip at the bottom which are the standard poles for the Blue Diamond, Quest and Kampa horizontal striped windbreaks which are about £40 - £50 new.
The OP needs to confirm if this is the type of replacement pole they need.

next time you go to the beach their is usually a knackered windbreak that you can get a pole from, Thats what i did
