Hi all
This may be stupid question but we are taking our caravan to France for the first time on the Portsmouth to st malo night crossing.
Does everyone remove their towing mirrors when they leave their cars?
Have crossed many times as we used to have a tent but never noticed!!!
Thanks

No. I have never removed our mirrors and have never had a problem. However it is advisable to fold your mirrors in to prevent them being knocked as people walk past, especially when there is very little clearance between the caravans.

Yes I did some car mirrors are easy broke .
If yours are sturdy fold. If flimsy remove asap, refit after passengers are in.
