Yesterday returned from a weekend away with my caravan, but had slight problems with mover pushing caravan back up small ramp to level it. However when checking my mover's rollers, which are made of steel, they have worn smooth in the centre, the part which comes into contact with the tyres, which I suspect is not giving the rollers enough grip onto the tyres. So my question is, can the rollers be replaced and if so how easy/difficult a task is it. Thanks

Are the rollers grit? You can get a new grit surface or maybe get the rollers grooved instead.

Also check the age of the tyres. Old tyres get hard and the rollers will slip easier.

It's a Powrtouch and it was fitted in June '09.

Yes the rollers are covered in a type of grit, that's what has become smooth.

I also have the original Instruction booklet and the installation parts checklist

you can buy new rollers for Powrtouch.. also make sure the gap between roller and tyre isnt too great..

having said that mine can slip a bit if there is any wet mud on them..

Powrtouch are very good for spare parts but not cheap..

Thanks for that, I'll look a bit more into it. Although I might go for replacement rollers as I can get our fitter at work to replace them for me.
