You can paint them if you want. Removing it and fitting a new one maybe easier depending on your skills.

l had the same problem on my elddis. Luckily my neighbour works at a graphics place so he took a photo and replicated it for me. Apparently the door is a different material to the side panels so they fade quicker with the sun.
Search eBay etc for caravan decals. If you can't get one try a vehicle graphics place. You should get one fairly cheap if you look around.
