We got our 2010 challenger from Ryedale back in May.
Found them to be great, and although we probably purchased one of the cheapest vans on there site (mostly 3-4) year old used vans), we felt like we couldn't have been treated any better.
Agreed on a trade in for our 2004 Coachman and on swap over day they thoroughly checked over the old girl and found damp at the back and dry rot at the front. They never quibbled over the price they offered as it would be going out to trade and gave us the agreed trade in price.
We did have a problem with the alarm which meant us having to return the van for a new alarm to be fitted about 3 weeks later, this meant the van was there for 2 weeks which I felt was a bit of a long time for the Nordelectronica alarm out and a new Sargent one fitted.
I would happily buy another from them if the price was on parr with other dealers.
We have had both our vans from Ryedale and have always found them pleasent even when just looking.The sales team very easy to talk too,the shop staff very obliging and service department really efficient.They did us a deal on our first van and then gave us a discount on any thing we needed.I would use them again
