I understand that the top of the range is the VIP, then the Pastiche and lower down is the Amara.

Where is the Festival and other models in the Coachman quality list please?

festival is Glossop caravans dealer special. They take the bottom range and add some extras from the next range up. Usually excellent value because it would cost way more if you added them yourself.

Quality?   Just because its top of the range does not mean its going to be any better built.

The ranges are often down to the style and spec list.

The top spec will have all the options, better cooker, and plusher seating etc. Where the cheaper ones wont have them or they will be optional.

Built quality is a different matter entirely.
