I purchased a 2017 VIP two weeks ago and on our first day discovered a badly leaking bathroom tap.Contacted the company I bought it from and they came out and inspected it.Apparently it needs a new tap and will take 4-5 weeks to get one.The guy at Coachman won’t even answer the phone.Absolutely fuming.
That's nothing, we are now in week eleven waiting on a new awning light.
Here is part of a reply from Coachman that I got the other week,
"With regards to replacement parts, we aim to supply parts where possible in 2-3 weeks, however if the parts are to be ordered this may be increased."
The guy that answers from Coachman is a right pr*t, not even worth talking to him.
------------- XVI yes?
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.

Same old.
Regardless of make.
Its a fact with a caravan you take your chances even on a new one.
Until we the end user can somehow hold them to account we shall see the same story repeating and repeating.
And am with you in the dissapointment that you are having.
WE have the 30 day act.
And other acts as a consumer.
But you would not accept this if it was a car, lorry, motorbike, etc. So why a caravan?
How do we change it, dont think anyone has the answer to that one.
