Hello just thought I would share a video of my clothes rail hack I use in the caravan, I thought some people might find it useful and yes I cant do voice overs to save my life lol
We put the pipe foam on the rail and hang the clothes hangers on top of that. So far (6 years or more) nothing has fallen off yet and it's easier than putting the foam over the top.

Will try that way out of curiosity been doing over the hangers since we started caravanning back in 2010 other than it failing once, hit a massive pot hole on an A road in the dark and really thought I had bent something on the caravan, but no damage done luckily.
A couple of the old wooden clothes pegs with a spring.
One each end of the clothes rails and nothing moves.
Low tech but it works, been using this method for years.

Didn't think they would come off travelling across the site from the storage area.
