Personally I would doubt it, Isabella and Ventura? yes most probably as they are sister companies.
Start with the zips, are they compatible? if so I would try zipping them together on the ground, (no need to erect the awning at this stage), see if they actually connect and meet properly at each end. Manufacturers like to make their equipment unique so that you have to buy their own brand of accessories.
