We’re in both clubs too, because of our favourite sites, one is a C&CC site and the other is a C&MC site. We also often use the small 5 pitch sites from both clubs. We have booked holidays abroad / ferry crossings through both sites over the years, and also had caravan insurance and breakdown cover with them both, currently with the C&MC.
As others have said, maybe try both and see which (if any) you prefer.
