Astonish oven cleaner. Trust me. Excellent on plastics and available everywhere for around a quid.
The plastic surround on our locker covers were all Sun damaged and came up like new with this.
There's also a widely available plastics cleaner in a white tub from most camping shops for around a fiver... name of which escapes me but it's called "..." Caravan cleaner. Slightly less abrasive than astonish but good for more delicate jobs like front of caravan etc.

I sprayed mine with some cellulose white from the pound shop a few years ago and they still look like new :)
