As an update, we have ordered 2 x security tr-603 trailer tyres. The guy at ATS said it was tricky to get hold of ones for 104/102N.

Do you think these will be ok on our Bailey Olymous 525?

98 means the tyre can carry a load of up to 750kg. This is Ok if the MTPLM of the van is no more than 1500 kg, and that the weight of the van is balanced equal for each tyre. Assuming single axle, of course.
It might be prudent to go for a tyre with a slightly higher rating.
I have recently replaced the tyres on our single axle caravan that has a MTPLM of 1436kg - 8 ply and load rating of 102, same as OE on the van.
