There's not really any reason why not. You'd obviously fit just the two motors and wire them accordingly to the one pair of motor outputs on the controller.
Most movers use common motors between single axle and twin axle kit.
There are 3 types of mover - single motor on each wheel for a single axle, single motor on each side on a twin axle and a motor on all 4 on a twin, so if you see a twin axle with one motor each side don't assume its the same as on a single axle van - they are different even though they look similar, you nee 4 motors if it's tight turns required other wise 2 will do - 1830KG twin axle Coachman and a the single motor on each side works fine for my needs
