Hope you are well. My caravan floor is clonking by a screw head in the middle of the floor. What is this flat headed screw?

It may be one of the bolts fastening the floor to the chassis? Can you see anything from underneath at that spot?

It looks like it is the top half of the caravan floor centre bolt. Think it needs tightening as floor is clonking.
