Hi, they work by connecting your existing water inlet to the mains tap,
They have a pressure reducer built in so “should” only supply the correct pressure for you caravan pipe work,
Some say they can flood the van should a burst happen & not to use them
Personally when on a serviced pitch I use a ball cock inside the aqua roll but that could also flood the van should a pipe burst in the van
