Can anyone recommend a decent user friendly electric/key start petrol generator.

Generators are unwelcome on camp sites, and most simply won't allow them at all but maybe the O/P wants to camp off-site, such as at an event.

I've actually not heard of any portable generators that are key-start anyway, only the really large ones that come on their own trailers or industrial ones that take 4 people to lift. All the ones I have come across, including my own which produces 2.5kw, have a pull-cord to start. Mine is semi-industrial too.

Most generators are to noisy, night time you can hear them for miles, solar is best, last longer. less polluting. Silent
