Hi everyone 👋
I’m struggling to find insurance for my fisher holivan 10 most insurance companies don’t even give fisher as a caravan make option I’m assuming because of their age and the fact they shut down over 30years ago!
Can anyone help point a girl in the right direction?
This is my first caravan and I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing 😂
I’ll attach a picture of my newly painted beauty!

Hi Mama. You can get insurance for old caravans. Usually about £70pa so not that dear. You need to make some phone calls though rather than try to do online quotes. I had a 1995 caravan insured with Towergate. Search their name online & give them a ring. Bear in mind when you talk to call centre workers they are working from a script. Rather than take no for an answer ask to speak to somebody more senior. Phoning during offices hours is a good idea.

Bear in mind though there is no legal requirement to insure a caravan. Your comprehensive car insurance covers third party risks while towing so legal to tow a roadworthy but uninsured caravan.
