From previous post the van is Elddis so would try them or a caravan breakers. Several regularly advertise on Ebay. If you see one advertising Elddis parts I would contact them as doubtful they would actually advertise them, due to little demand.
Ah yes, I think the call them wheel spats. birdman has the right idea. Breakers, eBay, Gumtree or Preloved. You could even place a 'Wanted' ad in any of them.

If we are talking about what I think we are, as in the inner wheel arch (covering the wheel inside the van body) rather than external decorative 'spats', chances are, like so many other parts fitted to caravans, they are not specifically Elddis, probably a bought in standard part. Still likely to be a rare part to source as surely demand must be very low, but better than a brand specific part.
Good chance if you can examine one fitted to your van closely enough there may be a manufactures name & even part number either labelled or embossed on it. That doesn't of course rule out a breakers as a source, but may widen your scope for which van donates it.

It is wheel arch liners he needs as previous post the axle failed and let body drop. Thus the tyre wore through the liner. Spats are referred to as the mudguards.
