Help does anyone know of any companies in the North East of England who hire touring caravans.
My plight is I have sold my house and do not want to loose my buyers, so am hoping I could hire a caravan and stay on a site for 8 weeks max Sept/Oct while my house purchase is settled.
Another option may be to buy a cheap older caravan then sell it when you are finished with it. Eight years ago I bought an Elddis Tornado XL for £500, used it for 4 years for touring holidays, then sold it for more than I bought it for. You'd probably pay more than that to rent one for 8 weeks, and even more to rent a static, although that would be a far more comfortable option.
I’m with the static idea. Toilet & shower, no fetching water & emptying chemical loos. Or an AirBnB. You’ve got enough to deal with without adding selling a caravan to the mix, at the end of the season.
