As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
Probably just the proposed upgrading of post ‘97 licences to B+E without having to take an extra test. This was supposed to happen this month but has now been postponed. Anybody with a pre ‘97 licence can also drive a rigid vehicle up to 7.5tonnes MaM but I don’t think this is being reinstated as well so anybody with post ‘97 licence will still need to take another test if they want to drive a motorhome over 3.5tonnes MaM.

Theres a rumour that they are going to start making them watertight, and so they dont drop to bits on the first outing. Or, it could be just hearsay.

If they did that we would have nothing to talk about

Hi All, I have heard that there are some important changes to caravan and motorhomes soon.
Can anyone tell me what they are please.
Probably the ban of gas and fossil fuelled heating systems.

they have stopped doing the extra test but as yet have not altered the law.. i think its all connected with the shortage of truck drivers and they dont have the time..
i assume the law will be altered one day but as yet it has not been..
HGV examiners also do trailer tests so the idea of giving everybody E on their licence is to allow more HGV tests to be conducted. The licence rules were changed in ‘97 for reasons of safety & this rather ill thought out change has now been postponed.
No reason has been given but maybe second thoughts for safety reasons ? No E tests are being conducted which leaving those wanting to tow a larger caravan in limbo right now.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
