I Googled this company as I've never heard of them and I can't find a website to see what they have to offer. Their listing at Companies House is interesting as they have only one Director and he lives in Monaco.
Perhaps other members may have some experience of the company.
Not a company I've heard of either! The registered address is a firm of solicitors, with no trading address obvious! The only registered employee/director is a foreign national (Dutch) residing in yet another foreign country (Monaco).
There is a web site, but it's currently 'broken' with a 'Forbidden 403' error! http://www.carsual.co.uk
With all the risks inherently associated with buying a caravan even from the best of traders, this is one I'd give a wide berth to, doubt you'd ever see a penny if it all went wrong. May be perfectly legit, but a lot of reasons to be suspicious!

Has anybody used Carsual Limited for buying their caravan and if so how did the process work out ?
Thank you
With the info already gleaned, I'd be walking away rapidly!
------------- I came into this world with nothing and I've still got most of it left.
As well is two words!
How does a sage know everything about everything? or does he? or does he just think he does?
Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
The website domain name was only registered on 22 Jan 22, yet the 'company' has been around since 2013.
A look at companies house records show a VERY chequered history including being dissolved and struck off the register in 2014, being listed as a dormant company for some time, and again proceedings being started for compulsory strike off from the register again in July 2021, and guess what, the same sole company director from the start!
Don't think I could put enough distance between me and this company!
The cynic in me now asks was the OP really asking a question, or was it a dubious 'placement' for a brand by a marketeer seeking to promote the company. - I have a nasty suspicious mind!
I was nearly going to buy from this company until I was advised to check out on a forum if anyone heard of them or could give a testimonial or review..Thank god I did as we are not going anywhere near this company any time soon ..Thank you all for the valued advice
Sorry for casting aspersions on your good name Samantha
You think second hand car dealers are dodgy, the caravan industry could teach them a thing or two! No shortage of sharp practice in the caravan retail network! Very much 'buyer beware' and don't take anything at face value or believe everything you are told. The law may be on your side with a commercial seller, but that doesn't mean you won't have a fight on your hands with the worst of them if you need to sort issues.
Worth sticking to known traders with good reputations, even if the prices are just a bit higher, often you can negotiate it down, OR you can get them to bundle in extras at the asking price which can be better value if you need to buy the stuff anyway. I got my van at a very good discounted 'on sale' price, but still managed to talk dealer into including around £1000 worth of extras (motor mover, water tanks, pump, steps etc. bundled into the deal at no cost to me.
Hi all. We were trying to buy a trailer from Carsual in the last few weeks, we had email contact for a while then we tried ringing the phone number which was in Canterbury & actually spoke to a guy called Mark! He said he would get his brother to call us back - never happened so maybe we were saved from making a BIG mistake. Beware

They have now changed their name again to Simeks Limited. What’s going on, same stock, same reviews!!
Sounds right dodgy to me! If they have changed their name it's quite possible that they went bust and opened up again under a different name. I once worked for a company that did that, and I only found out when I went to fill up my van and the fuel card didn't work. When I got back they gave me a new fuel card with a different supplier.
My firm acts on behalf of Christijan Albers and his company Carsual Limited.
We became aware of the illegal website on 18 February 2022 and reported the matter to the UK Police on that day.
The UK Police have requested me to advise any individual or business scammed to make a concise report of the matter on their website www.actionfraud.police.uk quoting reference NFRC220205031058.
They will then join up the dots and make further investigations.
We are desperately sorry that anybody may have been scammed as is Christian and we wish anybody every success in recovering a financial loss.
With kindest regards,
